Terms & Conditions

1. Services
Alli Rita Designs provides graphic design, branding, website design, photography, and related creative services as outlined in an individual project proposal, quote, or invoice. The specific scope of each project will be agreed upon before work begins. Requests outside of the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
 

2. Quotes & Pricing
All project quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of inquiry. If the scope of a project changes, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
Additional services, pages, revisions, or deliverables not included in the original agreement will be quoted separately.
 

3. Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final files, website launch, or other final deliverables are released.
Alli Rita Designs reserves the right to pause work if an invoice becomes overdue.
 

4. Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the project proposal.
Additional revisions or significant changes to an approved concept may result in additional charges.
Once a design has been approved, major changes may be treated as a new project or additional service.
 

5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, written content, logos, photographs, brand assets, and other materials needed to complete the project.
Delays in providing materials or feedback may affect the project timeline.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide are legally permitted for use.
 

6. Project Timeline
Estimated project timelines will be discussed before work begins.
Timelines depend on timely communication, feedback, approvals, and receipt of necessary materials from the client. Alli Rita Designs is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of its control or by delayed client communication.
 

7. Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, the initial deposit will not be refunded.
The client may also be responsible for payment for work completed beyond the deposit amount.
 

8. Ownership & Usage
Final approved designs become available for the client's agreed-upon use once the project has been paid in full.
Alli Rita Designs retains ownership of preliminary concepts, rejected designs, working files, sketches, and unused concepts unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Editable/source files are not automatically included unless specifically stated in the project agreement.
 

9. Portfolio & Social Media
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Alli Rita Designs may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional materials.
Client information that is confidential or not publicly available will not be intentionally disclosed.
 

10. Photography
For photography services, the client grants Alli Rita Designs permission to use the final images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the project begins.
 

11. Website Services
Website projects may include design, development, and content placement as specifically outlined in the project agreement.
Domain registration, hosting, website platform subscriptions, plugins, third-party services, and other ongoing website costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
Ongoing website maintenance and updates are not included unless specifically stated in the project agreement.
 

12. Third-Party Resources
Some projects may use fonts, stock photography, templates, plugins, or other third-party resources. Any required licensing or subscription fees will be communicated to the client and may be billed separately.
 

13. Approval

Once a client approves a design, proof, or final concept, Alli Rita Designs is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing spelling, dates, names, contact information, pricing, and other provided information before approval.
 

14. Communication

Alli Rita Designs will communicate with clients through the agreed-upon communication method. Prompt communication and feedback help keep projects on schedule.
 

15. Agreement

Submitting a project inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee that a project will be accepted.

A project officially begins once the scope of work, pricing, timeline, and payment terms have been agreed upon and the required deposit has been received.
